Forthcoming performances

Thursday 26 March 2009 at 7pm: Mary Griffiths Night, O'Reilly's Pub, George Street, St. John's, Newfoundland. With fiddler Evelyn Osborne and guitarist Ian Hayes.

An annual event organised by the student Folklore Society at Memorial University of Newfoundland, to raise funds for the Mary Griffiths Memorial Bursary for Folklore Field Research. Ticket information and details of other featured musicians will be available here shortly. Evelyn, Ian and I will be performing a half-hour set starting at 10.45pm.

2009

23rd annual Multicultural Showcase, Memorial University of Newfoundland, Reid Theatre, St. John's, 7 March. With fiddler Evelyn Osborne and guitarist Ian Hayes.

2008

Torbay Museum Twentieth Anniversary Celebrations final concert, Torbay, Newfoundland, 25 October. With fiddler Evelyn Osborne.

North Atlantic Fiddle Convention 2008, St. John's, Newfoundland, 3-8 August. With fiddler Evelyn Osborne. Performed in "Lasting Legacy" concert and conducted a beginners' step dance workshop.

SummerDance 2008, St. John's, Newfoundland, 26-27 July. With fiddler Evelyn Osborne. My first ever public performance as Scotch Legs.

2004-present

As a member of the Inverkeithing Step Dancers I have performed regularly at demonstrations, festivals and other events in the UK, including the Scottish Traditions of Dance Trust performance series at the Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh and the annual Furness Tradition festival in the English Lake District.
